Clonakilty Whitepudding

First made in 1986, the Clonakilty Whitepudding recipe is an original Twomey creation and was to complement the successful Clonakilty Blackpudding. Clonakilty Whitepudding is made using similar processes to black pudding but does not contain blood. Made with pork instead of beef, it is mixed with oats, onions and a secret spice mix. Clonakilty Whitepudding is the perfect pork accompaniment to any starter, salad or main course. Clonakilty Whitepudding is also a favourite on the barbecue.
