Clonakilty sausages were first made in the late 1980’s in Edward Twomey’s family butcher shop in Clonakilty, West Cork, Ireland. Now made in Australia by Melbourne butcher Peter Bouchier using the finest Australian Ingredients. Clonakilty Sausages are made using the same passion for quality and taste as our famous Clonakilty Blackpudding and Clonakilty Whitepudding.
