Particularly your manager.
I approached your manager on the day (aprox. md 30's, stocky Asian male with a beard). I was very plesant, respectful, dressed reasonably well and sincere.
He was very hostile and unfriendly.
On way out I said tank you to two staff members at self service checkout areas ant the just looked at me as if I was stupid.
I cant find the contact email for that store specifically but I discovered that it is owned by the same owners f this Super Value: Kane and MCcartney.
Talbot St manager should be told that basic respect is not an extra. And it goes a long way.
Usually Super Value staff are very friendly and respectful. Thats why this particular manager stood out.
Incidently, I was there prerviously, during the week and the manager on that day was very friendly. He was an Irish guy approx mid 40's.
